TO MY BLOG

I was born in Guatemala, and some of my best childhood memories come from traveling with my family in our Blue Jeep Cherokee. As I grew older, I made it my personal mission to explore as many beautiful places in Guatemala as possible. I even wrote a bucket list and started checking off destinations while balancing my travels with work.

As I continued my adventures, I realized how Guatemala is not just a stunning landscape but also a rich cultural and adventurous destination. This passion for discovery kept growing, and soon my bucket list expanded even more, revealing the endless wonders of my country.

After a few years, I moved to Chile, where I lived for five years. During that time, I studied, worked, and, of course, continued traveling. I also pursued my love for photography, finally learning how to use a professional camera—something I had always dreamed of. Capturing my adventures and sharing them with my family and friends became a key part of my travel experience. I discovered my love for trekking while living in Chile, as it allowed me to connect with nature and experience the breathtaking views of diverse landscapes.

Being away from home made me appreciate Guatemala in a whole new way. I realized that many of its most beautiful spots were hidden from the typical tourist routes. That’s what inspired me to start this project — to showcase the incredible places that my country has to offer.

Now, I combine my love for travel with organizing tours, helping others create memorable experiences in Guatemala's hidden gems. Currently, I’m traveling with my Land Rover, exploring even more of Guatemala’s hidden gems. I’m also the founder of "Chapinas Montañistas," a women’s trekking group in Guatemala that empowers women through outdoor adventures and mountain hikes.
